**Role Overview**:
The Digital Marketing Apprentice will support the Marketing Department with a specific focus on digital and communications within the Digital & Communications strand of the team.

This role reports into the Digital Marketing Manager.

**Responsibilities & Accountabilities**:
**Support marketing content creation and delivery**

Support in the creation and delivery of all marketing content across digital channels of communication.

**Support customer marketing**
Support the implementation of customer specific digital marketing activities.

**Internal communications**
Support the internal communications activities for KINE - including via Yammer (our internal platform).

**Role Content**

Working alongside the Digital Marketing Manager to deliver (but not limited to) the following:
**Support the creation and execution of digital marketing content and communication campaigns**
- Support in the development of digital marketing content:

- Support the organisation & promotion of (and attend) where necessary, the various conference/ trade shows/ exhibitions/ awards and sponsoring activities
- Updates to website
- Social media

**Customer marketing - digital support**
- Support in the implementation of key customer marketing activities by supporting the commercial team with requests for marketing material, such as social media assets and customer-focused digital collateral

**Internal communications**
- Support and assist the Content & Communications Manager with:

- Yammer
- Knaufnet

**General**

**Quantifiable data**

Increased engagement in line with the objectives for the Digital Marketing Manager:

- Deliver the projects on time and in full in line with the agreed marketing plan
- Grow the Knauf Insulation brand online through a mix of marketing channels
- Successful implementation and follow-up on result of projects

**Knowledge, Experience & Attributes**
- Confident with a proactive, positive attitude
- Good organisational skills
- Willingness to learn in a digital marketing environment
- Excellent level of written and spoken English
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Comfortable with MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and PC literate
- A Levels or equivalent
