**An Exciting Time to Join Duckworth**
We are looking to grow our small, specialised Duckworth Motor Group support team with another member for our Boston site, Lincolnshire in our state-of-the-art JLR Arch Concept site. Despite this fabulous facility we are a family-owned business and extend a warm and friendly atmosphere to both staff and customers alike.
**Hours**
This could be a full or part time role where hours to suit a person with children at school. We are very flexible but would be aiming for around 25-30 hours per week.
**The Role**
Our customer support team is tasked with maintaining Duckworth's high, reputable standards of customer after-sales care, adding to the purchase experience in a warm, friendly, professional manner. Our support team is also tasked with listening to and understanding our customers’ individual needs, demonstrating adaptability, and finding the best ways to facilitate them.
**Duties Include**
- Carrying out service & MOT reminders calls and bookings
- Conducting Customer outbound 48-hour follow-up calls
- Liaising with Service & Parts departments
- Carrying out warranty renewal follow-up calls
- Database management: recording call details, and updating customer details
- Answering incoming calls
