We are looking for an engaged apprentice to assist with administration duties in all areas of the business. The successful applicant will be required to carry out a broad range of tasks, with a view to long term progression within the company in a specialised area of their choosing.
- Answering incoming calls, taking messages and following through where required Answering the door.
- Opening and distributing the post
- Franking post and taking to the post office
- Filing
- Ordering stationary & Office Supplies
- Looking after the petty cash
- Taking books in and preparing for accountant
- Smart Searches on clients
- Printing and saving supporting documents.
- Logging in and returning books to clients
- Typing rental accounts (using word)
- Other ad-hoc duties
- Monitoring Engagement papers from new clients
- Creating Zoom & face to face meeting in Outlook Calendar
- Data inputting
