Autoexel is an IfATE approved End-point Assessment Organisation specialising in automotive assessments. We carry out assessments nationally for a wide range of customers; from small colleges to large manufacturers. Since establishing ourselves as an End-point Assessment Organisation in 2018, we have gained Ofqual recognition and now offer 7 apprenticeship Standards. We have a small team of 5 full-time and 20 associate staff.
This role is a full-time position with Autoexel for an End-point Assessor for the Light Vehicle (ST0033) and Autocare (ST0499) Standards.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Conducting End-point Assessments (Skills & Professional Discussions/Reviews) for apprentices in the Light Vehicle and Autocare Standards.
- Preparation of relevant documentation pre-assessment.
- Grading and uploading of results post-assessment.
- Attend and participate in standardisation training and activities for End-point Assessment.
- Maintain the required amount of continuos professional development as per the relevant assessment plans.
- Assist with the handling of appeals in line with Autoexel policy.
- Various other administrative tasks as required.
**Essential Requirements for Applicants**:
- Occupational competence at, or above the level of the Autocare Technician and Light Vehicle Technician Apprenticeship Standards.
- Hold, or be willing to complete, an appropriate F-gas (mobile air-conditioning systems) qualification.
- Hold a level 3 assessor award or equivalent.
**Desirable Experience and Accreditations for Applicants**:
- Occupational competence relevant to other automotive related Apprenticeships Standards.
- Hold a level 2 award in Electric and Hybrid Vehicle Maintenance or above.
- Hold a level 4 internal quality assurer award or equivalent.
**Place of Work**
This role is primarily based on the road, with assessments taking place nationwide. There will be some work from home required for adminsitrative tasks. It will be necessary to visit our offices in Lutterworth from time to time.
