**QHSE Officer - Lutterworth**

Are you a Train the Trainer? Do you enjoy and have Auditing experience?

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced NEBOSH qualified QHSE Officer to join our team in Lutterworth, which also offers you the chance to showcase your first line managerial experience, whereby you will oversee a small administration team and your own QHSE apprentice.

Being responsible for the maintenance of the Company’s Management Systems, you will be ensuring that we are compliant with all relevant legislation and will also assist with the compliance to OHSAS 45001, ISO9001, ISO14001 including corrective and preventative measures.

Using your previous knowledge, you will be providing QHSE support to the Truline sites and the management teams, alongside proactively driving continued improvements to enhance the sites QHSE culture. Producing statistics and analysis you will monitor lost time work accidents and complete any RIDDOR reportable incidents to the appropriate authorities. Your decision making and attention to detail skills will support you in making corrective actions and recommendations for any accident and near miss incidents that you have reviewed.

Lets talk Auditing - being pro-active you will develop the internal audit checklists and schedules for compliance to legislation whilst also co-ordinating the completion of internal QHSE audits, supporting ‘O’ Licence audits and managing any non-conformities. You will also assist with external BSI audits as and when required.

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a NEBOSH General certificate, be Train the trainer trained, have previous auditing experience and have the ability to work using your own initiative to drive improvements.
