To undertake clerical/secretarial duties in support of the Operational Lead and others involved in the provision for LPFT as Lead Provider for OpCourage services. Ensuring administrative support is available to all, including but not limited to taking comprehensive meeting notes, arranging meetings across the partners, typing of correspondence and reports, gathering information, inputting data accurately. Support Operational Lead in handling information relating to complaints and complex case. Support in production of partnership documents.

To undertake the timely and accurate reporting onto information and clinical systems. To ensure procurement and finance procedures are acted upon in a timely manner. To organize and hold information on behalf of the Operational Lead and associated staff as and when required. To ensure that the Key Performance monthly database is kept up to date and submitted in line with commissioners requirements.

Hold and gather data to support quality improvement initiative.
