We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable administrator to join the OpCourage Lead Provider team within LPFT. OpCourage is an NHS mental health specialist service set up to help serving personnel due to leave the military, reservists, Armed Forces veterans and their families.
To undertake clerical / secretarial duties in support of the Operational Lead and others involved in the provision for LPFT as Lead Provider for OpCourage services.
Ensuring administrative support is available to all, including but not limited to taking comprehensive meeting notes, arranging meetings across the partners, typing of correspondence and reports, gathering information, inputting data accurately

To provide a full and efficient secretarial and clerical service to the Operational Lead, including but not limited to dealing with incoming mail, the provision of minute taking, preparation and distribution of meeting agendas supporting diary management and supporting in preparation of reports.
To provide support where needed to the wider OpCourage LPFT staffing.
To ensure patient and staff confidentiality is maintained at all times adhering to Trust and national policy regarding same.
To manage own workload, seeking advice when required, and perform routine office procedures including typing of reports, letters and other documents, opening and distributing correspondence, dealing with outgoing post, photocopying, filing and faxing in accordance with current trust procedures.
Use word processing skills to provide reports, letters and minutes,
To have a thorough working knowledge of electronic systems including e mail, SHARON, Clinical systems and Datix and to update these systems in a timely and accurate manner where required.
To ensure the partnership SharePoint is updated and maintained effectively.
Responsible for maintaining stock control of stationary and other necessary goods, ordering additional resources in accordance with Standing Financial Instructions.
To maintain healthcare records within the area of responsibility in accordance with the Trust Records Management Policy.
To recognise the need for flexibility and be willing to undertake extra duties as and when required that are commensurate with the grade and responsibilities of the post including providing cover for other admin staff within the service, including those in other hubs, across the county.
To ensure all work is undertaken in line with Trust and national policy.
Assist in the proper functioning, maintenance and fault reporting of central equipment used by the service, e.g. photocopiers, fax machines, printers, computers etc.
To support the procurement and finance processes for the partnership
You may occasionally be asked to undertake such other duties that are deemed necessary in order to support business continuity within the Trust. This will only include tasks where you are appropriately trained.
