New Business Development Manager

Our client is seeking a New Business Development Manager to join their vibrant company. The task will be to build a profitable and sustainable client base, establishing the company as a trusted partner in IT Managed Services. The key to your own personalsuccess will be your ability to generate new business, develop accounts and achieve levels of activity that result in increased revenue for the business.

- Superior sales skills with excellent negotiation and persuasion ability.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent research and strategic analysis skills with strong business intelligence.

- Strong resilience.
- Experience of managing tenders and proposals.
- Project management skills are desirable.
- High competency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Winning and securing new business whilst achieving personal targets/KPI's.
- Write proposals, produce reports regarding new prospects.
- Develop Effective growth strategies. Research the market to identify buying/selling trends, new markets and customer needs.
- Attend events, conferences etc.
