Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team in Sidcup, SE London.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to build strong relationships with current clients and develop new leads. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for planning works and developing projects, requiring previous experience in FM, Construction, Electrical, Lifts or a similar industry.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and account management, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business growth.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted lead generation and marketing activities.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in sales and account management within the FM, Construction, Electrical, or Lifts industries.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and grow existing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
