The role

As a Logistics and Stores Coordinator you will help, support and carry out vital activities at our company premises and our remote sites. You will be responsible for ensuring all stores and logistics duties are carried out and delivered on time an in the most effective manner. You will be actively involved in the import and export processes, maintaining the company’s asset management system, handling of goods, spares and Fugro assets. Alongside, stock checks, re-supply of stock components, materials and delivered goods to support Fugro’s business needs are common occurrences.

Who we’re looking for:

- Some experience or awareness of working in a freight forwarding or logistics capacity, with an understanding of export licensing control and HMRC import and export procedures
- Working knowledge and experience of logistics software and tracking databases
- Ability to communicate to a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills
- AHSSE and COSHH aware
- Counterbalance forklift ticket - minimum B1
