**Our Vacancy**

We have a fantastic, new opportunity for an Operations & Logistics Coordinator to join our Defence Diving team at JFD Global. This is a varied and interesting role supporting the Defence team to ensure efficient delivery and logistics of internal and external client requests.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Ensure all shipments are invoiced and shipped in an efficient manner
- Timely reportage to clients of order updates
- Maintenance of export and licence records
- Obtaining shipping quotes
- Preparation of documentation
- Coordinate import and export of demo and exhibition diving equipment

**What we’re looking for**
- Good communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team Ability to work to deadlines

**Knowledge, Experience and Skills**
- Previous shipping experience
- Business Systems knowledge (desirable)
- UK and International Logistics (desirable)
- HMRC and DGM exposure (desirable)
- Understanding of Manufacturing and Supply Chain(desirable)
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced office environment;
- Computer literate with MS Excel proficiency.
