**About The Role**:
We are looking for someone who has pre-existing Sales experience preferably in a publishing (multimedia/digital/offline) and is now ready to take on additional responsibility and join one of the UKs leading publishing houses for Wellbeing and Healthy living titles.

Reporting directly into the Head of Advertising Sales, in this pivotal role you will proactively approach potential clients through new leads, customer calls, existing relationships and promotional events. After a detailed fact find and establishing a business relationship you will promote a portfolio of multimedia advertising solutions that fit the customer's needs. You will be confident in delivering a professional sales presentation to potential clients, either by phone, video or in person.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Present your Salesforce pipeline to Ad Manager every month, with a 3-6 month forecast
- Successfully maintain 3-6 month forward plan by liaising with the editorial team to ensure relevant features are pitched to secure new business
- Achieve pre-booked figures for each issue/month, minimum 60% of target
- Ensure every competitor brand is fully canvassed
- Produce exception report for each competitor print title and present market share to manager
- Detail pricing and negotiates costs when necessary
- Be proactive in following up all marketing campaigns to deliver and ensure a high level of customer engagement
- Consistently update Salesforce records for each client throughout the sales process
- Travel to see clients, attend tradeshows, or participate in industry events or training, when necessary

- Demonstrable track record of managing client relationships and delivering against monthly KPIs and revenue target
