Strong Independent estate agency requires a Senior Lettings Negotiator to operate in Bath supporting the market share growth for this leading brand. With your previous experience, which may include valuations, you will relish the the opportunity to operate with autonomy across the city to enable you to spend as much time with your clients as possible. As the Senior Lettings Negotiator you will already possess strong agency knowledge and be comfortable in all scenarios. Combining your ability to build rapport quickly with clients and to present to very high standards, you will bring further success and added value to our client's sales portfolio.

Responsibilities for this Senior Lettings Negotiator will include:
Conducting residential valuations to high standards Deliver high levels of customer service Drive and arrange residential valuations Stay aware of the market conditions to remain effective in the local market Ensuring close client contact and offering professional advice at all times Skills & Experience for this Senior Lettings Negotiator role:
Ability to build great relationships Demonstrate ability to win instructions Hands on approach Passion and enthusiasm Customer focused and team player Benefits for this Senior Lettings Negotiator role include:
