**Job Purpose**

Key contributor to delivering the International Budget

Within the International team, our vision is based on expanding our branded presence around the globe and developing profitable own label business with key partners.
- This role requires skills to manage existing customers and win new business in designated territories.
- To positively contribute to the overall direction and success of the Channel.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Management of Specified territory P&L’s.
- Maintain customer P&Ls + identify & maximise commercial opportunities within agreed financial parameters.
- Negotiate customer terms
- Develop long-term customer partnerships through joint business plans.
- Own and drive a contact strategy that nurtures relationships and builds a strong network of key head office & field based contacts - internal and external.
- Work with & support the Head of International Sales and International Business Managers in developing & implementing strategic plans and sector specific initiatives.
- Employ a leadership approach to the category when in dialogue with customers and contacts.
- Monitor and evaluate personal progress against KPIs, objectives and commercial priorities.
- Develop and maintain professional and efficient working relationships with all internal functions.
- Contribute to the team’s performance, identity and culture through full commitment to business development and personal development.
- Support delivery of key international projects

**HSE Responsibilities (Levels 3 & 4)**

Lead by example to set expectations, plan work to be carried out in a safe manner, take action to prevent risk of harm to their team. Challenge and address unsafe behaviour, be involved in testing emergency procedures, lead accident & incident investigations to establish root causes and preventative measures. Deliver safety briefings to your team so you are seen as the safety leader of your team. Make available team embers to support the company safety program.

Experience and Qualifications
- Ideally degree educated or evidence of strong academics
- Experience working within an FMCG environment
- P&L Comprehension
- Ability to negotiate & agree terms and secure incremental activity
- Business forecasting skills
- Prepared to travel worldwide for customer and Head Office meetings

**Salary**: £40,000.00 per year
