**Job Description**:
**Key Accountabilities**
- Develop successful and profitable Shopper Marketing initiatives both in-store and online, aligned to brand and customer strategies
- Work with cross functional team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget
- Forecast activities accurately and put together convincing and deliverable plans for commercial agreement
- Set up and monitor activity tracker by account in both Snacks & Confectionery
- Manage Media Form/Brief completion for media contacts/retailers
- Complete and track purchase orders in IFS system for responsible Shopper Marketing activities ensuring financial teams are aware of all activity
- Complete media reviews to showcase activity and regularly update the business
- Build and lead relationships directly with both internal stakeholders and external customers
- Audit key accounts and complete regular store & online visits, communicate findings, and support with building plans to enhance our merchandising and display capabilities
- Complete analysis of activity to drive Shopper Marketing Return on Investment
- Stay current with new ways of shopping and support the team to adapt our activation plans accordingly
- Work closely with Brand Marketing and Sales teams in setting up and working at company & retailer events and shows

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in an office setting and usage of MS Office Applications
- Marketing based work experience, ideally an experienced Shopper Marketing Executive
- Proven track record of successful marketing activities
- Project management skills essential
- Good communication skills essential
- Data interpretation & analytics
- Photoshop/Illustrator experience is desirable but not essential
- Full UK driving licence and will to travel
