Qualifications:
- Demonstrated HR experience in dynamic environments.
- Strong commercial acumen paired with analytical capabilities.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and facilitate.
- Proficient in building relationships grounded in transparency and respect.
- Methodical in decision-making and execution.
Experience and Education:
- Preferably degree-qualified or possess strong academic credentials, CIPD Level 5.
- Experience in an FMCG setting or a comparable industry.
- Prior experience in a senior HR role.
- Experience with union relations is a plus.
