Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Engage with young people to build positive relationships and provide guidance
- Plan and deliver activities that promote personal development and well-being
- Support young people in their educational journey, offering assistance with homework and educational goals
- Create a safe and inclusive space for young people to express themselves and develop social skills
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the holistic development of the young people
- Monitor and assess the progress of each individual, providing feedback and support as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in youth work or a related field is essential
- Knowledge of mentoring techniques and youth development strategies
- Ability to work effectively with children and young people, particularly those with special educational needs
- Strong communication skills to engage with young people, parents, and colleagues
- A patient and empathetic approach to supporting young individuals
- Relevant qualifications in youth work or education would be advantageous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £38,900.00-£39,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
