**MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Preparing responses to requests for quotation or tender documents
- Collation, formatting and costing of proposals, to meet client expectations and objectives

- Managing and responding to client ad hoc requests
- Preparing project handover documents and conducting project handover meetings
- Coordinating with engineering and technical departments to ensure marketing material is up to date
- Business development support in Far East region
- Facilitating updates to procedures and processes, to ensure compliance with quality systems
- Support project managers with client liaison to always ensure client satisfaction.

**DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES**
- Update and maintain Sales CRM and QA documentation for the sales processes
- Compile proposals and tenders for new projects
- Organize project scope meetings, both internal and external

**TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS**
- Bachelor's degree in Technical discipline or proven experience of equivalent level.
- A Qualification in engineering, business, or marketing
- 5-10 years of experience, ideally within the oil and gas industry (preferably in a similar Role).
- Experience in sales or similar industry a benefit, but not necessary
- Excellent writing, grammar, and spelling ability
- Excellent presentation and written / oral communication skills.
- High degree of IT Literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Words, MS project) with excellent numerical skills.
- Willingness to travel outside of the UK as and when required.

**Salary**: £34,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
