Our team based at **Sun Valley in Cornwall** are now looking for **Receptionist **to maintain support with administrative tasks and provide high standards of customer service.

**Working hours: 21 hours per week.**

**Week 1 - Mondays (9.30 to 5.30pm) and Saturday and Sundays (9-5)**

**Week 2 - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (9.30 until 5.30)**

**Salary: £11,378.64 per annum**

**Responsibilities and duties:

- **
- Check customers in and out, ensuring caravans are ready prior to the next arrivals
- Provide a warm and welcoming introduction to customers upon arrival at reception,
- Modify and finalise holiday bookings including creating bookings, dealing with enquiries, taking payments
- Operate the reception area professionally whilst delivering excellent customer service at all times
- Respond to customer requests and ensure that accurate records are kept
- Responsible for the running of the shop
- Ordering/collecting of supplies for the shop and ensuring sufficient stock is maintained
- Create logs for all client services requested
- Receive, handle and promote sales opportunities
- Responsible for the opening and closing of reception
- Perform cleaning duties of the reception, office and shop
- Ensure the park complies with Health and Safety obligations
- Notify the General Manager of all issues and ensure they are logged

**Skills and experience:

- **
- Previous reception experience desirable
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Strong communication skills;
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office;

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 21 per week
