**What’s the role?**

The Polestar Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for demonstrating and promoting both Polestar and Waylands to customers who have requested a test drive and further information. They will need to liaise with the workshop to ensure the cars are in perfect working order and make sure they are clean and ready for demonstrations.

Polestar has created one of the most innovative vehicles ever made, and you will help deliver an equally innovative and unforgettable customer experience. You will also:

- Provide a tailored experience based upon guests’ specific interests and agenda
- Educate and inspire guests by answering their questions
- Turn curiosity into intense interest by introducing people to the exciting vehicle and services that Polestar offers
- Act as a role model of Polestar’s culture and behaviours

**What do you get in return?**
- 5-day week on a set rota of 8.30am to 5pm Tuesday to Saturday (45 hours per week).
- Basic of £24,382.80 plus quarterly bonus (OTE £29,000)
- 31 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays, some of which you will be required to cover)
