We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic Sales Team at Newbury Racecourse. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Proactively generate new leads and build relationships with potential customers
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting and update the booking system in real-time
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences on racedays, including meet and greet, troubleshooting, and liaison
  • Organize sales visits and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a sales environment, preferably with a mix of new business and proactive account management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
