**Part-time Property Maintenance / Property Management**

**Job Specification**
- You will have full responsibility for managing a portfolio of high-end London properties.
- Regularly inspect assigned properties.
- Organise and oversee property repairs and maintenance.
- Supervise contractors, negotiate rates and source suppliers.
- Responsible for all systems in the houses (AV, plumbing, CCTV, alarms, heating, AC, Fire safety, internet etc).
- Preventative and remedial maintenance to be carried out.
- General property management duties.
- Ensure house manuals are accurate.
- Large degree of autonomy and reactive problem solving
- To be available 24/7 in case of property emergencies

**Skills Required**:

- Experience of looking after high-end properties
- Well presented and professional
- Punctual and reliable
- Organised and efficient
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent English
- Problem solver
- Can work independently and as team
- Good record keeping
- Computer literate
- Extra mile attitude /has a strong work ethic
- Car owner ideal ideal but not vital
- Looking for a long term career
