**Apprentice Depot Administrator the role...........**

As an Apprentice Depot Administrator, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support tasks to assist in the day-to-day operations of our depot. You will liaise closely with the workshop team, suppliers and customers to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed timely, efficiently and effectively and in line with our high standards of customer care. As well and working closely with the sales team. Also working towards a SVQ Level 6 Business Administration qualification.

**Key responsibilities of this role include (but are not limited to)**:

- Gain product knowledge of hire fleet and accessories
- Increase sales growth and target sites and customers to promote all Jarvie Plant Ltd products within a specific geographical area
- Continue to build new and maintain existing relationships with clients
- Provide critical support to the depot manager by delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external stake holders
- Support external sales team with contract management
- Ensure all service requests are fulfilled to customer satisfaction.
- Create Sales orders
- Process orders, ensuring all required information is collected accurately and is entered into the system promptly.
- Create and process workshop jobs and charge out damages
- Coordinate plant deliveries and collections, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of equipment to clients

**Am I the right person for this role?**
- Strong organisational skills, with attention to the small details
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Be an effective communicator, both verbal and written
- Have a high level of Proficient IT Knowledge with specific experience in the use Microsoft Teams, word, PowerPoint, excel software packages and accurate keyboard expertise
- Previous experience in a similar role, with familiarity with business etiquette and protocols.
