Job Details:

- To provide data operations support - predominately supporting customer journeys through data confirmation, customer request reviews and undertaking operational Telematics processes and procedures.
- A varied role that enables the role holder to perform key daily tasks such as issuing replacement tabs and investigating road speed disputes.
- Support activity such as the review of data issues and agreeing a resolution with our third party supplier and internal Hastings teams.
- you will be an active participant in delivering a high quality service, supporting telematics operations and being a centre of excellence for telematics data operations support for claims cases.

- The role is based in Bexhill and we expect you to commit to our hybrid working model of one day per week in the Bexhill office.
