Job DetailsAdministering the procurement and supplier management platform- Co-ordinating and administering the due diligence process for the business, ensuring delivery on time with SLA’s- Supporting the embedding of the platform across Hastings Direct, assisting with day to day queries from the procurement team and wider business- Supporting the onboarding of new suppliers to Hastings Direct through daily oversight and monitoring of the registration and approval process- Assisting with supplier queries in respect to registration and maintaining workflows and due diligence forms- Creating and maintaining user profiles and personas and ensuring the records of internal ownership for suppliers relationships remain up to date

Skills we would love you to haveProcurement administration experience preferred- Highly organised with effective communication skills and great stakeholder management- Familiar working across multiple systems/platforms
