**Salary**: £23,000 p/a plus commission - £30k OTE

**Main duties & Responsibilities**:
This is a varied role working in a high growth start up, we need a can do attitude and someone who is a fast learner and hard worker. Willing to dive in to whatever take is in front of them and eager to develop their skills and learn.
Key duties will vary but will include;
- Assisting commercial teams with key contract administration. Using excel, company systems and AI tools to efficiently help manage corporate contracts. This will give great experience in commercial contracts.
- Assisting the finance teams with reconciliation and ensuring that the business stock and cash flows are working well. This will give great experience in financial control.
- Assessing vehicle images and descriptions to create car sale listings. This will give a good overview of systems and the implementation of ai technology.
- Supporting sales teams with the completion of sales, management of pipelines and accounts. This will provide great experience in business development.
- Researching and spotting new opportunities to develop sales pipeline and encourage business growth.
- Supporting the sales team with inbound and outbound enquiries via our communication platform.

- Proficiency in MS office, specifically Excel.
- Ability to follow process and ensure good record keeping
- Basic car knowledge

Desired Qualifications:
- GCSE - Maths & English A-C grade (or equivalent).
Experience in an office administration role.
Experience with book keeping, SAGE and accounting reconciliation would be a distinct advantage.
