**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Support Sales Team**
- Contact suppliers & customers when requested
- Co-Ordinate and Log incoming/outgoing product samples
- Manage library of NPD products
- Travel planning and bookings
- Exhibition planning

**Support Purchasing Team**
- 3-way matching
- Filing of delivery notes and paperwork
- Maintaining sample room stock

**General Office Administration**
- Paperwork and filing
- Post
- Answer incoming phone calls and redirect
- Product reports for management

**Required Skills, Experience and Requirements**:

- **Enthusiastic with a 'can do attitude'**:

- **Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written**:

- **Basic IT skills eg. MS Office package**:

- **Good organisation skills**:

- **Clear, articulate and effective communicator**

**Working Hours**:

- **Mon-Thur - 8.30am - 5.00 pm**:

- **Fri - 8.30am - 3.00 pm**

**Holidays**:

- **01- Year - 28 days (inc. 8 days national holiday)**:

- **1-3 years - 31 days (inc. 8 days national holiday)**:

- **3+ years -33 days (inc. 8 days national holiday)**

There may be an opportunity to progress into the role of Key Account Manager within the Sales Team.

**Salary**: From £24,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
