**The Role**

As an Associate Director, you will lead from the front, acting as a number two to the Managing Director and will be responsible for delivering the company’s growth plan within the ESG public and private sector markets.

You will be experienced at Managing Consultant or Director level with a proven understanding of the ESG market, building and leading teams, business development, stakeholder engagement along with a track record of delivering advisory services to public sector organisations within the ESG space.

**Job Specification**:

- Leadership level position with responsibility and accountability for the development and delivery of the business strategy
- Support strategic development and business growth.
- Responsible for client relationships and actively developing new relationships.
- New business development focus and involvement in conjunction with the bid team
- Develop and ensure continuous improvement of all process and procedures using information gained to develop leading edge tools/documentation for clients.
- Ensure all information received by the client is accurate and detailed to exceed client expectations.
- Oversee and be responsible for accuracy of the advisory consultancy relating to ESG, sustainability and carbon reduction/management advice, ensuring being kept up to date with new legislation, trends and best practice.
- Managing all sustainability (NetZero business) resources and ensure they are logged, mapped, booked and costed correctly.

**Experience needed**:

- Experience in the public sector
- Proven experience of working for a fast-paced consultancy
- Extensive advisory experience

**Remuneration**:

- £90,000 per year base salary (negotiable based on experience)
- Annual bonus (performance dependent)
