Customer Success Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Success Administrator to join our sales team and provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our sales processes. You will play a critical role in ensuring customers are onboarded effectively and orders are processed on time meeting all necessary requirements. You will require excellent orgnisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment. This is a generalist role and will require you to be adaptable to meet the demands of the team to ensure we deliver a high quality service to our customers.
**Core Responsibilities**
- Administer the sales order process, including checking orders are correctly input into the system, ensuring product set up is correct and invoices prepared accurately.
- Ensure product labels meet customer specification and are ready on time for production schedules - overseeing the artwork, proofing and raising and handling queries
- Collate customer sample requests
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including logistics, finance and operations to ensure timely fulfilment of orders
- Support Account Managers in managing customer inquiries and resolving issues or concerns in a professional and timely manager
- Provide support to customer services, including raising invoices and managing invoice queries.
- Managing label/artwork queries and monitoring label quantities
- Ensure any customer parcels required are dispatched on time
- Assist in the preparation of monthly sales and customer reports
- Provide required technical information to customers (Product Material Safety Data Sheets, Long Term Supplier Declarations)
- General administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents, ordering stationery, answering telephones
- Attend company meetings and take minutes of meetings, when required
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales & customer service processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and implementing best practices
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure sales collateral and promotional materials are available and up to date.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Proven experience in a sales support role or similar administrative position, preferably in a sales or customer service environment
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues at all levels of the organisation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g. HubSpot, Winman) preferred
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and support to internal and external stakeholders
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes, as needed

**Salary**: £25,600.00-£27,000.00 per year
