**Salary**: £20,000 - £22,000 per annum
Our well established client is currently looking for a customer service administrator to join the busy team in the litigation department. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic law firm all whilst receiving full training.
Our client provides solutions on a wide range of complex international Legal issues for governments, companies and private individuals.
Offering a bespoke service combining legal expertise with crisis, reputation, communications, public affairs and intelligence capability.
With clients that value the firms offering of expert legal and strategic advice and execution
**Key duties**:
- Maintaining records, filing systems and computer files
- Writing and dispatching routine or straightforward letters to clients and other third parties
- Updating information in a case management system
- Obtaining information from CRM software and generate reports accordingly.
- Reviewing documents received from banks.
**Key skills**:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of software systems - (MS Office Pack - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Computer literacy
- Ability to make decisions.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident, motivated and diplomatic
- Ability to work unsupervised; to initiate activities and anticipate and solve problems.
- Organized
- Team Player
- Used to working within a fast-paced environment.
