Our client, a specialist in planned and repair maintenance service for their specific technical products, is looking for an Administration Assistant to join the team. This role will be fasted paced, you will work as part of a wider team in a business with growth and development opportunities in the future.
You must be organised, have a flexible approach to work, with the ability to work with mínimal supervision, pro-active, a team player, approachable, thorough, methodical and self-disciplined.
**Duties for this role include**:
- Overseeing the team inbox making sure queries are dealt with efficiently and distributed to the wider team
- Updating the inhouse tracking system for live jobs
- Check information on the inhouse system relating to worksheets and chase any missing information
- Gain information from project files for remote teams if required
- Supporting managers compiling information for monthly reports
- Support the commercial department in obtaining information and collating information from customer questionnaires
- Amend RAMS and method statement information to support upcoming jobs
- Act as point of contact for general enquiries to the team and direct messages accurately with speed
- General office administration as required
**Required skills and experience**:
- Experience with Microsoft Office - primarily Word and Excel
- Experience gained within a Customer Service role
- Excellent telephone skills relating to both incoming and outgoing calls
- Ability to organise own workload efficiently and handle several projects simultaneously
**Working Hours**
- Monday - Thursday 08.00 - 4pm
- Friday - 08.00 - 3.30pm
**Salary**
£24,000 - £26,000
