Select a sample of inbound and outbound calls made by external fundraising agencies to our Clint's supporters who have expressed an interest in there Lottery or Membership, to listen to and score against defined standards.
- Record call outcomes against defined standards, and share the results with internal stakeholders, following up on call failures/feedback with them, ensuring these are ultimately resolved.
- Record issues with fulfilment suppliers by maintaining a queries and issue log.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure all supplier issues are captured, logged and included in weekly call agendas with our fulfilment suppliers.
- Lead weekly calls with our fulfilment suppliers to review the supplier's issue log, as well as updating the log with notes and actions from the call.
- Support stakeholders briefing fulfilment agencies on the set up of their fundraising campaigns, and coordinating campaign set up activities with the supplier.
- Maintain an accurate and up to date log of compliance and supplier incidents.
- Regularly review the incident log with stakeholders to close fundraising incidents.
- Manage the purchase order/invoicing process within the team.
- Manage the product and free material ordering process for staff and health care practitioners with our fulfilment suppliers, and oversee their stock.
- Liaise with product owners about queries or orders on their products.
- Create and distribute a report on stock for product owners each fortnight.

**Salary**: £29,121.00-£32,356.00 per year
