**THE ROLE**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Support the implementation of the new supplier due diligence and on-boarding process

Maintain the central supplier database and management of supplier files.

Progressively validate or re-onboard existing stock of suppliers or contractors against UK Health & Safety legislation (CDM Regulations 2015), Group policies and Know your supplier industry standards.

Prepare invitation to tender packs and assist with the collation of tender responses

Analyse and check compliance of documents received by suppliers and contractors

Complete administrative tasks as required to include use of systems, filing, supplier inventory management

Prepare contracts and upload signed contracts in to the systems

Contribute to management reports for a variety of stakeholders including monthly Ops Board dashboard, contributions to pitch documents etc.

Perform periodic audits and reports on a selection of KPIs

Support the collection of all the required contracts and updating the Proactis system to ensure that all live contracts have the appropriate values and key dates.

Support the supplier management process including quarterly review of temporary suppliers

Ensure compliance with all internal procedures and policies; Procurement, Health & Safety, Finance, Compliance, HR

**Qualifications/Key Skills**

Full/qualified membership of CIPS

**EXPERIENCE**:
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in the property or construction sectors

Good procurement knowledge

Excellent English language skills - both written and spoken

IT literate - MS Office at intermediate level

Stakeholder engagement and coaching experience

Highly numerate
