Fundraising and Communications department is an enterprising and committed team. Our organisational strategy guides our work and ensures everything we do helps to achieve our mission to rebuild lives after crisis.

**A day in this role looks like.**

You will play a crucial role in our Mental Health service. Your contributions will directly influence the lives of our service users, guiding them towards a path of empowerment and independence.

**A day will never look the same and some of the things you can expect to do/be responsible for are**:
Guide two dedicated Partnerships and Philanthropy Coordinators to secure income and build relationships with corporate partners.

Lead the development of annual plans and budgets to grow our corporate partnerships programme, and help to shape our wider fundraising plans for growth.

Oversee a coherent programme of stewardship for all high-value corporate partnerships, ensuring the plans meet and the partner's strategic objectives and secure maximum value.

Manage and drive the corporate pipeline development, ensuring that the volume of new opportunities in development is in line with our fundraising targets.

Personally research, identify, cultivate and secure high-value new relationships with corporate partners that fund our fundraising priorities.

Deliver strategic projects where appropriate and create ‘cases of support' that the wider team can take topartners and prospective partners.

Lead, manage and coach team members to oversee their own portfolio of successful relationships and support them to secure strategic partnerships with excellent stewardship communications and engagement.

Be a leading authority on matters related to corporate philanthropy, providing advice on best practice and new developments within the voluntary sector, ensuring Hestia remains abreast of changes in fundraising regulatory requirements.

Ensure that full, accurate and GDPR compliant records of all relationships and correspondence are maintained on CRM systems and shared drives, directly and within your team.

Significant fundraising experience at a senior management level, with good knowledge of a range of fundraising methods and practices

Demonstrable experience of building strong and trusting relationships with corporates and individual donors and stewarding them to raise five and six figure gifts.

Demonstrable experience of developing and implementing individual giving campaigns, and developing bespoke ‘Cases for Support' for prospective and current key donors to ensure retention and year-on-year growth

Track record of growing significant income generation, including raising unrestricted income

Creative and innovative in all aspects of work

Excellent communication and influencing skills (written and verbal)

Experience of managing a small but diverse team

Numerate with experience of preparing and managing budgets

Experience of using fundraising CRM systems

Ability to manage projects within a complex organisation

Ability to work under pressure, to strict deadlines with sound attention to detail
