Everyman Racing is the largest supplier of driving experiences and events. We operate from our purpose-built race circuit at the site of the Prestwold Driving Centre, based near Loughborough, Leicestershire.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Workshop manager/Transport manager and Vehicle sales department in general administration duties
- Creating adverts and managing the sales of equipment and vehicles via multiple places like eBay, Autotrader etc.
- Manage and input data into various spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
- Assist the transport manager in polices like Driver hours, vehicle walk arounds, inspections and filing relevant paperwork etc
- Monitor all Vehicles are taxed, MOT, Insured
- Monitor sign in/out procedure of all vehicles on site

Skills/Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing team player
- Great communication and organisational skills
- Competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision
- Process orientated with attention to detail
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Problem solver
- Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm with 30 minutes for lunch

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
