In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced setting. As a key team member, your responsibilities will include managing departmental workflows, achieving targets, and promoting our comprehensive range of services.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling customer vehicles for service and repairs, coordinating with the workshop team to optimize workload.
- Welcoming customers upon arrival and ensuring a smooth service experience from vehicle drop-off to handover.
- Keeping customers informed about the status of their vehicles, authorizing additional work as necessary, and conducting follow-up communications.
- Collaborating with the Workshop, Parts, and Sales departments to guarantee timely vehicle readiness.
Candidate Profile
- A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
- A polished and professional demeanor, coupled with a proactive attitude and determination to excel.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction and sales goals.
- Strong organizational and administrative capabilities; familiarity with dealer management systems is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience in the automotive sector is advantageous, though comprehensive training will be provided.
