Client Support Specialist

We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. You will be the primary point of contact, handling inquiries, managing accounts, and maintaining positive relationships through strong communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients, leveraging your knowledge of our products, services, and processes.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate record-keeping, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate seamless client onboarding, account maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Monitor and maintain client-related systems and tools, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency.
- Identify areas for process improvements and provide recommendations to enhance client satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
- Foster strong client relationships through exceptional service, professionalism, and a commitment to meeting their needs.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a client support, customer service, or account management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional interactions.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in using various software and tools, including CRM systems, online platforms, and productivity suites.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and service-oriented attitude.
- Familiarity with data entry, record-keeping, and general office procedures.
Pay: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
