Onboarding Specialist

We are looking for Resourcing & Onboarding Specialist to join one of our well-established clients in the East Riding area. You will be the first point of contact for all recruitment and onboarding related topics, responsible for the key first steps in HR deliverables to departments, you will be the go to person for all technical recruitment and onboarding needs. Effective organisational, communication and diplomacy skills are essential.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established client, where you will develop a generalist approach within a busy manufacturing environment. **Key accountabilities**:
managers to showcase best practice and make corrections when needed.
- Manage the full end to end recruitment process, this includes hourly paid roles and senior monthly paid roles:
- Work with managers to ensure job descriptions are up to date, accurate and in line with our vision, values, best practice and UK employment law.
- Post adverts which are clear, accurate and in line with our recruitment strategy.
- Collect and verify all UK right to work documents in line with Home Office Guidelines and save to our Integrated UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) HR system.
**Qualifications / Experience**:
- Good understanding of current UK recruitment law, best practice and ACAS guidelines.
- Two years of experience working in a generalist recruitment role.
- Strong / internal / external stakeholder management experience
- FMCG Food Manufacturing environments experience is desirable.
- It is essential that this person has the skills to nurture and develop a team, give direction, and assess team development needs.
- This role requires someone with good communication skills and who is keen to assist people within the business.
- Strong and proven attention to detail
