My Client is a well-established, industry leading Distribution company. Based in Hartlepool, they Distribute a range of products which are supplied across the UK. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a **Part Time/Temporary Transport Administrator** to join their team on a Temporary basis, Approx. 4 Weeks.

As a Transport Administrator, the opportunity gives you the chance to work with one of the most respected companies in their field.

**The Transport Administrator role will cover the shift: 9am-2pm Monday to Friday however flexibility is required as these times may vary over the 4 weeks depending on workload.**

As a Transport Administrator, your primary responsibility is to help maintain the administration of the Transport Manager to alleviate them to manage their own daily task.

Main Duties:

- Working with computer systems
- Communicating and dealing with delivery drivers
- Front desk responsibility
- Assisting transport in and out including the organisation of yard
- Assisting with materials booked in and booked out
- Working with transport manifest
- General computer work and admin to assist onsite managers
- Scanning Documents
- Filing Paperwork and Electronic records

Role Requirements:

- Must have experience of working within an administration capacity
- Excellent communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow a process
- Conformable using Microosoft Packages
- Flexibility with regards to shifts and hours

**Please note that due to the location of the client’s premises, your own transport is advised**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 4 weeks

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
