Solsken Limited is an established complex community care provider that offers care services to clients with continuing health needs and long-term conditions within their own homes. Our goal is to promote independence and provide quality care services that meet all client’s individual wishes and needs.

Key Responsibilities:
**Compliance Officer**
- Obtaining relevant professional references for all new starters;
- Obtaining full and enhanced DBS checks for all applicants;
- Checking all relevant qualifications and skills for all new starters;
- Booking new starters onto relevant training courses;
- Updating the 'inhouse’ database system with communication and compliance logs;
- Liaising with Managers and colleagues regarding the progress of new starters;
- Ensuring that all compliance paperwork and processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Supporting the induction and training of new staff members.
- Working alongside our Recruitment Officer, Operational & Clinical Managers.
- Undertake all other reasonable duties or projects as directed by your line manager;
Skills and Experience Required:

- Previous experience in a compliance role would be preferred.
- Be warm and welcoming with a great positive attitude.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A flexible approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of current employment legislation and HR practices.
- Strong IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office/Excel and online recruitment tools.
