The Growth Company (GC) has an exciting new opportunity for a MI & Compliance Manager to manage three distinct areas within the Home Office Refugee Employability Programme (REP) contract.

GC is a fast-growing, purpose-based social enterprise and as part of our mission for positive change we deliver services for the Home Office, working with refugees across Yorkshire & Humber. Our services focus on supporting individuals holistically, ensuring they have access to all the support they need to progress forward into employment.

This role can be based in any of our Yorkshire & Humber offices, however there will be a requirement to travel across the region when necessary.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Configure and maintain the system infrastructure to capture all relevant data according to contractual and business requirements.
- Create and submit timely funding and contractual returns with accurate and appropriate information to ensure appropriate income is generated.
- Monitor and audit the accuracy of data input to ensure contractual compliance, identifying and escalating issues detected.
- Manage the overall system to create reports and information that support the management to contract tolerances and show any deviation from plan in line with contract requirements.
- Provide a suite of business focussed MI reports that support the business to review performance and identify issues and trends which affect financial or quality performance.
- Identify staff development needs to meet minimum professional requirements and to maintain appropriate CPD.
- Develop and manage business planning systems to allow for accurate planning and forecasting to be undertaken and the outputs of these used to measure performance.
- Leading on all elements of Information Security to ensure compliance from both a Data Protection Act perspective and meeting external commissioner requirements to include staff awareness training, security audits, advice, investigations and follow up of incidents.
- Management and supervision of the team of Engagement Coordinators undertaking inbound and digital referrals and the allocation of referrals across the provider network for the REP.
- Ensure processes are in place to ensure eligibility checks for the programme is undertaken effectively and compliantly.
- Ensure KPIs for call handling times are met and reported effectively.
- Provide expert guidance, advice and support to the team of core staff and temporary workers in response to programme volumes.

**Skills Required**:

- High level IT ability including the need to manipulate and present data in Excel and PowerBI.
- Ability to network and develop positive working relationships with commissioners, managers and key staff both internally and externally.
- Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft office systems, web-based products and bespoke GC systems.
- Experience of ensuring assurance and compliance within contract delivery.

**Salary**: Up to £40,000.00 per year
