**The Role**
We are recruiting for a **Booking Administrator**, working predominantly from home based in Hampshire. The role plans and organises the routes, work schedules and customer contact information for mobile technicians. This part of a busy, professional and friendly team environment, focused on exemplary customer service.
**Skills and Experience Required**
- Experienced in administering, planning and organising the work of others.
- Customer focused, both internal and external.
- Excellent telephone manner and confident in dealing directly with clients.
- Adept at researching the web for route planning and acquiring journey data.
- Experienced in dealing with high volume calls and enquiries.
- Overall excellent general administrative ability.
- Some experience with using a Diary Management System and Site Location software would be advantageous.
- Excellent general IT capability.
**General Information**
- The main focus of the role is to be the point of contact for the client ahead of a technician’s visit.
- Monday to Friday.
- Within commutable distance to Romsey, for induction and training purposes.
- Making bookings for technicians to visit client’s locations to complete their planned work activity.
- Responsible for producing an efficient and achievable plan for the technical teams to deliver services to the client.
- Drawing together client details, requirements and contact details to update on the database.
- Occasionally booking accommodation for technicians.
- Optimising the routes for the technicians.
**Salary and Benefits**
