**Permanent, hybrid remote (after probation period)**

**Part time - ideally 21h per week over 3/4 days**

Our Client, Voyage Financial Planning, is a modern and proactive Independent Financial Planning business, that helps their client achieve financial goals, objectives, and aspirations. They are offering a professional and highly personalised advice on pensions, mortgages, investments and savings as well as business and personal protection, general insurance, inheritance tax planning and more.

They are now looking for a confident and organised **Financial Planning Administrator **to join their team in Romsey, Hampshire. You will be responsible for day to day administrative and client support, overseeing the management of the office, documents and client cases.

**Financial Planning Administrator**, the role:

- Managing general day to day queries to ensure they are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner
- Looking after incoming phone calls and company inbox
- Leading clients’ communication - first point of contact, weekly updates, reports, managing needs and expectations, booking reviews
- Liaising with providers regarding transfers, withdrawals or any missing information
- Cases - review, processing on relevant platforms, back office, compliance
- Clients’ packs - amendments, upload to portal, forward to client
- Collect and collate information and data in line with business needs
- General office duties -filling, post distribution, managing systems

**Financial Planning Administrator**, the person:

- Experience in the Financial Planning or similar industry is essential
- Evidence of excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills
- Proactive approach to role and daily tasks
- Excellent time-management with the ability to use your own initiative
- Ability to establish and maintain good relationships
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Tenacious and determined
- Ambitious and driven, with brilliant attention to detail
