Pertemps Southampton are proud to work with a long standing and well established business in Romsey that specialize in providing home access equipment. Offering bespoke solutions to a variety of sectors from design through to install and aftercare.
We are looking for a **Customer Service Administrator**to join their friendly team on a permanent full time basis.
The main purpose of the **Customer Service Administrator**is to handle incoming calls and enquiries from customers and Engineers. You will be responsible for processing orders and collecting and administering information from various sources.
**Your key accountabilities will include**:

- To provide effective and efficient point of contact for customers in relation to enquiries regarding contracts, breakdowns & servicing of their equipment. Ensuring all enquiries from customers such as local authorities, members of the public, external staff,etc are resolved in a timely manner.
- To process orders for parts and equipment. Liaising with engineers to ensure correct products requested etc.
- Taking service requests including breakdown calls, coordinating and assigning the job to a field engineer in a timely manner and ensuring customer is kept up to date.
- Carry out administrative duties in support of service planning such as Contracts, Contract renewals and updates and ensuring all information is recorded correctly on relevant databases.
- Some Accounts administration including ensuring you have all the correct information to raise invoices.
- Other customer service and Administration duties as required.

**You will have**:

- Previous Administration experience in a customer focused environment
- Good IT skills and be able to pick up new in house systems quickly
- A friendly and approachable manner when dealing with customers

This is a Full Time, Permanent role based in Romsey.
Working hours are 37.5 hours per week, 8.30 - 16.45 Monday to Thursday and 8.30 - 15.30 on Fridays.
