**Key duties of the HR Assistant will be**:

- Delivering basic interpretation of employment legislation and HR policies
- Providing high quality administrative HR support to manager and employees
- Analysing management information and trends to drive improvement initiatives
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders
- Managing compliance checks
- Writing outcome letters following formals processes/meetings
- Ensuring HR Business Partner is up to date including registering sickness
- Supporting with recruitment and new starters, including checks and onboarding processes

**Essential skills and experiences needed to succeed in this role**:

- Previous HR experience
- CIPD level 3 qualified or working towards qualification
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Effective and clear written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Able to analyse data and produce management information reports
