**Sales Support Coordinator**
Opportunity to join a growing business, based in the central Reigate area.
Joining a friendly team, you will be the main point of contact for clients and the end customer, assisting with agreements and onboarding.
The individual will enjoy having responsibility for their own workload and enjoy building a rapport with external contacts and internal colleagues. Being a confident and friendly communicator, you will also need to be highly organised and be able to work to deadlines with excellent attention to detail.
The company offers a lovely working environment, based in a central location and offering hybrid working.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Prepare new business and finance contracts
- Support clients with transactions
- Prepare and issue all relevant contracts and documentation
- Ensure all compliance and underwriting checks are completed
- Liaise with other internal teams, to ensure a smooth process is delivered to both clients and customers
- Issue invoices and agreements when requested
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all parties
- Deal with queries and support the field-based sales team
