Anderson Knight is recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for a well-established company based in Glasgow on a 6-month FTC.

The position requires handling both incoming and outgoing phone calls. It entails collaborating with co-workers, engineers, and contractors to ensure efficient management of tasks such as data entry for purchase orders, processing contractor quotes, and validating invoices.

Shift pattern - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

Salary - £23,200.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Delivering excellent customer service consistently.
- Handling incoming calls from customers, contractors, and engineers, as well as making outbound calls to them.
- Responsible for managing and processing purchase orders.
- Providing support and coordination with customers, contractors, and engineers regarding ETAs.
- Ensuring precise input of information from supplier quotations.
- Processing part procurement requests from Engineers.
- Validating and processing contractor invoices for payment through the Purchase Ledger Department.
- Communicating fluently and confidently.

- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team and effectively manage own workload.
- Administrative experience, including knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
- Previous contact centre/call centre/helpdesk experience.
