Trinity Business Support are working on behalf of our Gateshead based client in the search for a Customer Service Administrator in the technology sector.
**Main duties & responsibilities**
- Logging visits onto the system
- Answer incoming calls
- Data input
- Resolving customer queries
- Logging service requests
**Skills and experience**
- Excellent admin skills
- Motivated
- Great communication skills
- To be able to work under pressure
**37.5 hours per week**
**Monday - Friday**
**£21,500**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £21,500.00 per year
