Cambridge, United Kingdom CATS Global Schools Full time

We are seeking a professional payroller with comprehensive iTrent experience for a four month fixed term contract from mid-May to mid-September 2024, to process our fortnightly Summer School payroll (approximately 300 staff).

You will be required to work 25 hours per week, 5 hours per day, for the term of the contract.

**Daily tasks will include**:
Collating and inputting payroll data changes into iTrent
Checking Payroll and HR changes have been entered accurately into the payroll system
Checking statutory absence calculations
Spot checking tax and National Insurance deductions
Checking for National Minimum Wage compliance
Communicating with clients (staff) and other departments within the company to ensure data accuracy
Production of fortnightly reports and any other ad-hoc reports as required
Processing FPS and HMRC downloads each pay period
Liaising with Payroll team regarding period end balancing
Answering of payroll queries
Assisting with the processing of third-party payments
You will need to be a pro-active team player, with a can do attitude and the ability to be firm but fair when dealing with colleagues.
