Payroller/payroll Administrator

This Payroller/Payroll Administrator role will appeal to you if you have the knowledge to answer payroll queries and also enjoy the administrative aspects of payroll. The company is large with several hundred employees and continues to grow due to theinnovation of its work.
You will be valued for the work you do helping a very busy Financial Controller. Specific duties for this Payroller/Payroll Administrator role will include:

- Answering numerous queries from all levels of employees regarding payroll matters so your communication skills need to be excellent and you will need good knowledge of payroll to do this
- Calculation of statutory maternity and paternity pay and shared parental pay
- All aspects of payroll administration including: Collating new starters; maintaining holiday records. private health records, travel insurance cycle scheme
- Reconciliation of private medical health records; travel insurance and holiday records
- Administering the share option scheme including deduction calculations and refunds for scheme leavers
- Assisting with pension administration
- Good payroll knowledge
- Good administration skills - in particular attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to deal with people at all levels
- Excel knowledge including V-Lookups, SumIfs and Formulae
